Mr. Sunit Kumar Mishra is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Banaras Hindu University and has over 20 years of experience in the apparel and retail industry. During his association with the Company, he has played a significant role in expanding its retail operations and developing a diversified portfolio across the fashion, jewellery, footwear and lifestyle segments. He has extensive experience in franchise development, retail expansion, business operations and profitability management. He also serves as a Director of our Subsidiary.
Mrs. Kalpana Mishra is the Promoter, Executive Director of the Company. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from Kanpur University. She has over 18 years of experience in the retail and franchise industry, with expertise in franchise management, retail operations, and business expansion. She has played a significant role in developing and expanding multi-brand retail operations across India, particularly in the fashion, footwear, jewellery, and lifestyle sectors. Her experience includes establishing and managing retail networks, driving market expansion, and improving operational efficiency across diverse markets
Mr. Sachin Pathak is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of professional experience in audit, assurance, risk management, and corporate governance. He has extensive experience across the hospitality, manufacturing, and retail sectors, with expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks. He has led statutory audits, internal audits, risk assessments, and advisory assignments for corporate clients, and possesses significant experience in strengthening internal control systems, enhancing governance practices, and supporting organizations in achieving their strategic and regulatory objectives.
Mr. Nehil Gautamchand Dugar has been serving as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company since October 3, 2024. He was appointed for a term of five consecutive years commencing from October 3, 2024, and ending on October 2, 2029.He is a qualified Company Secretary, a Commerce Graduate (B.Com.) from the University of Mumbai, and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is the proprietor of DNG & Associates, a Company Secretary firm based in Thane, which he established in 2017.He possesses extensive experience in corporate laws, secretarial compliances, corporate governance, regulatory advisory, and allied corporate matters.
Ms. Divya Nemichand Gupta is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She is a Chartered Accountant finalist and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Mumbai. She has over 8 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting. Her core areas of specialization include managing financial records, tax planning, statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory standards, and optimizing financial strategies to support informed decision-making. She has also experience in minimizing tax liabilities while maintaining adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements through effective financial and compliance management.
